Event & Cancellation Policy Once accepted by show management, vendor will receive an onsite exhibitor kit with complete details. Exhibitor kit is considered an extension of this contract and once signed by participating vendor, all terms and conditions are accepted. 1. Early dismantling of booths is not permitted without permission from show staff, and may result in forfeiting leads list. 2. Requests for additional tables, electricity, etc must be received by 14 days prior to the event, and may not be accommodated onsite. 3. Booth space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. All booth fees must be paid, in full, by January 31st to be listed in printed materials. Registration fee must be paid by the December 31st deadline in order to qualify for the early bird discount. 4. Booth space may not be shared, unless vendor has submitted a written request to Ebony-Weddings.com, LLC, and approval has been granted. 5. The distribution of any other businesses information is not permitted unless approved by Ebony-Weddings.com, LLC. 6. Vendors are responsible for the security of their own property during set-up, show hours or striking of the event, and appropriate insurance coverage must be carried by the exhibitor. 7. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior
to event date for a refund. Deposit submitted upon registration is
non-refundable. Cancellations made after 30 days or No-Shows
are still due in full. Cancellation due to extreme weather or
circumstances beyond the control of Ebony-Weddings.com, LLC may be
provided with credit to an upcoming show. Refunds, in such a case, are
